I’d like to tell you all a little bit about myself and my family to ensure to you that we take special interest in our pets and the breed to be sure that we carry on the perfect standard of the Cane Corso Breed.

My wife, Ruthann, and I, have always been dog lovers. We bred and raised both Rottweilers and Shitzus for years; simultaneously I might add to show that socialization is a very important aspect of upbringing in any breed of dog, especially those breeds that are your Alpha breeds, such as the Cane Corso.

When our main female Rott, Cali was getting older, I’d heard of the Cane Corso, and it said that if you liked Rotts, you’d LOVE the Cane, so I did some research on them and decided to purchase one. It has turned out to be one of the best decisions we’d ever made in regards to getting a family pet.

I want to again, emphasize FAMILY PET, as socialization is of the utmost importance. Ruthann and I foster parented for years, all the time while we were breeding and raising the Rottweilers and we never had a problem with them being around the babies and children, because we took the time and effort to be sure the pets would be comfortable around the family members as well as the family members being comfortable around the pets. You see, we all together, make up the family unit, pets and people as well, if we are to co-exist.

Today, my sons and daughter have no problem whatsoever, getting along with any pet we have. Even my 8 month old grandson, can ride on the back of my 13 month of Cane and can play with the 2 year old Cane. It’s a joy to watch everyone interact.

If you ever have any questions, always feel free to contact us through e-mail or phone anytime, and we assuredly get back to you. Thank you for your interest and we hope to hear from you soon. Good Luck and God Bless You. - Jim Schiela
